Please bring TWO copies of your headshot and resume to every workshop. There is no need to bring a copy of your reel, but you are free to do so if you wish.
There is no need to bring prepared material unless otherwise stated. Most workshops are cold readings, which means that sides will be assigned to you by the casting director when you arrive. If there is material to prepare beforehand, we will let you know.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. Please be on time. All actors may park in the parking lot located behind the facility ($4). Street parking is also available.
The front door remains open until roughly 8PM and the back door is always locked. If you arrive late, please call the number that will be provided to you via email on the day of your workshop.
We begin each of our workshops with a brief question and answer period. Afterwards, the casting director assigns the actors scenes based on the headshot the actors provide. The actors will have roughly 15-20 minutes to prepare their scenes. At the casting director’s discretions, some scene may be re-worked.
Each actor will perform their scene in front of the other actors. You may choose the order in which you read. There will be no more than 20 actors per workshop.
You are free to leave after you have put up work, but please do so quietly and discreetly.
